Farleys SCU Instructed in Substantial Medicines Act Case
Farleys SCU is acting in a substantial Medicines Act case involving the alleged illegal importation of "Viagra" from the Far East.
One of the central allegations is that our client, as a director of an unlicensed company, has been trading in the supply of the drug to the public via the Internet.
Our client has pleaded not guilty and the case has been fixed for trial at Southwark Crown Court in London in April 2009.
